Quanta

Quanta have worked with Emma Williams and her team at HRI since 2001. At that time, though Quanta were a much smaller company, they needed to be aware and compliant with all relevant employment laws and regulations. They did not have the resource to have an HR professional on our payroll and so HRI became their external partners for all matters relating to HR.

“Over the past 20 years Quanta have grown significantly and throughout that period HRI have, and still do, support us with our HR issues. Their service has always been professional with advice provided in an uncomplicated and friendly manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of HRI to any company considering the use of outsourced HR advice.”
Stephen Trigg, Founder and Owner, Quanta

Robinson Low Francis LLP

HR Initiatives has been supporting Robinson Low Francis LLP in all forms of HR, including process, procedures, documentation and policies, since 2010 working on a retainer basis.

HR Initiatives were originally given the task to review all paperwork and create professional documentation, to support and strengthen existing procedures. Now consultants visit all the RLF offices on a regular basis, where time is taken to review, update and refresh all policies and documentation where necessary.

We have worked with RLF to help manage their TUPE arrangements. We also lend support with various ad-hoc issues, including the implementation of maternity leave documentation through to the recent implementing of a new appraisal system.

HR initiatives offer ongoing support and ad hoc requests as and when required. Mark Newberry from Robinson Low Francis says: “With HR Initiatives in place we can have as much or as little support as and when we need it. We are pleased with the efficient, professional level of service; they are always quick to respond.”

YMCA North London

HR Initiatives Ltd planned and implemented a successful recruitment campaign for YMCA North London in 2015, recruiting 10 posts for around £17,000.00 (Average cost to recruit £1,700 per job).

HR Initiatives drafted all the adverts, planned the advertising campaign, prepared the candidate application packs, shortlisted applicants, arranged the interviews and handled all the responses through to successful appointment across a range of jobs.

In another example, HR Initiatives Limited were able to save £££’s on successfully recruiting a Project Administrator for a Telecoms company in Cambridge, compared to Agency fees and were able to provide an response handling service on behalf of the client that reflected their business ethos.
