Our coaching approach
We are proud of our business focussed approach to learning initiatives and in particular, the level of trust which we quickly build with clients and coachees
It is the level of trust which creates the safe space to quickly gain a good understanding of areas for exploration, potential blockers and the existing strengths to utilise to move forward
A typical approach would be:
> Initial discussion – We start by understanding the issue or business situation that needs addressing
> Agree on the coaching programme – We collaborate to decide whether Executive Coaching or Team Coaching is the most suitable approach
> 1:1 coaching setup – For individual coaching, we schedule a meeting with the coachee, their manager, and the coach to establish guidelines around confidentiality and agree on the communication process going forward
> Team coaching setup – For team coaching, we agree on the overall approach and determine whether a psychometric tool, such as Insights Discovery, will be incorporated
> Running the programme – Typically 1-1 sessions will initially be across 4 sessions to allow full exploration end ensure that not just surface issues are addressed
