Our clients will retain their day-to-day relationships with our people while benefiting from the wider pool of experience and expertise of the Reality HR team. They will also benefit from access to Reality’s HR’s recruitment services and established Learning and Development team, which offers tailored management training solutions and development programmes for line managers.
